CAD Apps for IPad Pro

Hey, wondering if anyone knows of any good free applications for CAD design? I'm no expert but would like to learn more.

GnaCAD is freemium.

OnShape is also free for personal use, but your drawings are public.

If you want to learn about CAD you need to use a desktop CAD program. Draft sight has a free version for personal use. iPad apps are too cumbersome for anything more than minor edits in the field, etc.

I would try Shapr3D. It has quite friendly user interface.

Onshape, hands down the best in the business. It's free for documents that are made public but you have to pay for private storage. Depends on how sensitive the things you're doing are. The great thing about it is you can carry on your models in a desktop browser by just logging in. Onshape is made by a group of people that worked on Solidworks and realised how shit it was becoming.

I use autocad 360 mobile. It's not free but $50 for a yearly subscription isn't bad if you use it a ton.

Look at those that offer educational discounts, I'm pretty sure autocad has a free for students option across most of their products. Just need to find a friend who has a student or teacher email.
